From her earliest memories Harley wanted to plan events - all events, large or small. She believed by doing this she would create something unique and memorable that brings people together. Now with years of experience behind her, she thrives when working with companies and families, planning and executing the details that go into an event. She knows that with her love of people and celebration, her attention to details, and knowledge of the industry, she can create something special. This is how she established herself and now thrives in the hospitality industry.
When she started Denver Balloons and Events she had a vision to make and create inspiring decorations out of balloons. This is a way to turn any event into something magical and unique. She wanted to change how people saw balloons because you can do so much more then just bouquets in the corner of a room. They truly are extraordinary!
It was time to link these two amazing visions together and live out her true calling. This is how Outside the Lines Events was born. By incorporating these two entities; balloon décor and event planning, she now offers new creative ideas and wonderful memories just for you.
